WhatsApp (via WazMeow — you connect your own number), Telegram, email and web chat are available in a single inbox. Instagram, Messenger and other official Meta channels — plus TikTok, Twilio and other providers — require a Developer App in the account holder's name, approved by the provider: that's not included in the subscription (it's the subscriber's responsibility, or our consulting's).

You don't need to install or configure anything manually — but the platform runs on a server (VPS). Minimum server to run Chatwoot + Maestro + WazMeow: 4 vCPU, 8 GB of RAM and 40 GB of SSD (8 vCPU and 16 GB of RAM recommended for higher volume). As soon as payment is confirmed, our auto-installer provisions that complete environment for you. You get the access by email; then just connect your channels and set up your AI to start using it. If you don't have a server yet, we'll guide you in choosing one (or talk to our consulting). And if you prefer, our team deploys your first install for you, free — once, entirely optional. Need more? Between Start, Agency and SaaS you pick nothing: the level is derived automatically from your INSTALLS — up to 5 installs you're on Start (level 1 assistance · 1 onboarding); from 6 to 15 you become Agency (level 2 · 2 onboardings); above that it's SaaS (level 3 + an account manager · 3 onboardings). It moves up on its own, with no plan switches or friction. The choice that does exist is a different one, made once: which BASE PRODUCT you buy — Platform (R$ 297/mo, monthly) or Community (R$ 997/yr up front, or 12× R$ 133.08). It is one OR the other: Community subscribers do NOT pay the Platform's R$ 297/mo, because Community already is the base and already brings 1 production install (plus 1 staging). From there both grow the same way, through monthly add-ons: +1 install for R$ 297/mo (each domain/IP needs its own) and human assistance per account at R$ 97/mo — R$ 47 if your base is Community. No. Creating an account carries no licence cost and no cap: open as many as you want, and the practical limit is your own server's capacity (we recommend ~1 vCPU per account + 1 for Maestro). What you contract per unit is our team's HUMAN ASSISTANCE on a specific account — R$ 97/mo per account (R$ 47 if your base is Community). Accounts without that add-on work normally; they simply get no environment investigation, no access from our team and no SLA. And platform-defect fixes are independent of all that: no additional cost on any active licence, throughout the version's technical validity period (24 months from its release), delivered as a corrected version. Just be clear on what it is: we fix what is wrong IN THE PLATFORM, not what is inside your account. Configuration, data, the flows and integrations you built, your server's capacity and third-party downtime are not platform defects — investigating those is assistance — the human-assistance add-on, contracted per account — and it covers only the accounts you name.

An "account" is each tenant/company inside your Chatwoot; an "install" is each deployment of the platform — and each domain or IP requires its own install. The base includes 1 install. Accounts have no licence ceiling and no per-unit cost: create as many as you want, and the practical limit is your own server's capacity (we recommend ~1 vCPU per account + 1 for Maestro). Yes — the model was designed for it. Each client of yours uses their own account, and opening one costs no licence: the platform is white-label and your resale price is up to you — charge R$ 497, R$ 997 or whatever your market pays. Example on the Platform: 10 clients at R$ 997/mo = R$ 9,970 in revenue paying R$ 297/mo (1 install, no assistance contracted) — your licence cost does not grow with your book, only the load on your server. On Community the shape changes: instead of R$ 297/mo you pay R$ 997 once a year (about R$ 83/mo equivalent) and also get the staging environment. Multi-client operation and reselling are expressly permitted and require no per-client add-on. If you want our team alongside you on one of those accounts, contract assistance for that account. Creating an account is NOT an add-on — there is no cap and no charge. No bundles, no artificial caps: you stack per unit and your level (Start · Agency · SaaS) upgrades by itself with your installs. The Discord Community is an annual BASE PRODUCT — an alternative to the Platform, not an add-on to it. Community subscribers do not pay the Platform's R$ 297/mo: you buy one or the other. It costs R$ 997 up front (about R$ 83/mo) or 12× R$ 133.08 on card, and includes 1 production install + 1 staging install (a test environment with the default account and no new-account creation) — plus full training (Vibecode, AI in Maestro, WhatsApp end to end, the Meta partnership track, infra and sales), lives, mentorships, template drops and networking with operators. On Community, human assistance costs R$ 47/mo per account instead of R$ 97, and Discord is the official support channel for anyone who contracts assistance. Add-ons (extra installs and assistance) stay monthly even on top of the annual licence — in that case you have two charges: the annual fee and the monthly add-ons.

No. The support hub is our own, heavily customized fork of Chatwoot, whose core (Community Edition) is open source under the permissive MIT license, used in compliance with that license. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Chatwoot, Inc. — we add the WhatsApp Hub, Maestro AI, in-chat payments, follow-ups and much more on top (Conversa Labs' proprietary components).

The connection uses WazMeow, a developer-community tool based on an unofficial API. It's stable and practical, but use is at your own risk: there's no affiliation with Meta/WhatsApp and we don't guarantee against bans. WazMeow's support and maintenance depend on the operation and availability of WhatsApp Web (unofficial); if Meta/WhatsApp discontinues, blocks or shuts down that access, we're not liable for the unavailability. Use it responsibly — no spam, respecting WhatsApp's terms.

You create charges with card or a local payment method and send the link right inside the conversation. When the customer pays, the status changes to "paid" in real time within the support thread.

The Maestro copilot suggests replies and can run actions and handle conversations on its own when you enable it. The control is yours: review and confirm before sending, or let the AI lead in the conversations you choose. Important: the platform does not include AI credits/tokens. To use Maestro you connect your own AI provider key (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and pay for usage directly to the provider you choose.
